Everyone is aware of this fact that drinking enough of water is essential for our health. We should drink minimum 8 glasses of water every day for better detoxification and health metabolism. However the water consumption per day is based on climate, our lifestyle, exercise habits and many other factors.
Correct timing to drink water to get more positive outcomes?
Ø When we wake up in the morning, we should drink 2 glasses of water. It helps in activating the internal organs of our body. If you feel 2 glass of water is too much then you can drink one glass of water as well.
Ø We should drink one glass of water half-an-hour before meal time. It helps in good digestion and improves the digestive system.
Ø We should drink one glass of water before we go for shower. It helps in lowering the blood pressure. Especially patients of high blood pressure should drink one glass of water before shower.
Ø We should drink one glass of water before we go to bed. It will improve the cardio-vascular system of our body and makes us more active.
Every one of us should adapt these habits of drinking water at correct timings because these habits are beneficial for our health. As we know that we should consume minimum 8 glasses of water on daily basis. Out of these 8 glasses, we have discussed the correct timing of drinking water for 5 glasses and we are still left with 3 glasses. We can drink these leftover 3 glasses of water at any time in a day as per our wish and requirement.
